1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using PDF Reader Pro - Pdf Viewer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app and website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

• You may use the app on devices you control or are authorized to use.
• You may not resell, lease, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app except where we expressly allow it in writing.
• You may not remove notices, bypass security, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the files, content, passwords, signatures, and exports you choose to process.
• You must ensure you have the rights and authority needed to use, modify, share, sign, or protect those documents.
• You should keep your own backups. We do not promise that local or exported files can always be recovered.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, or disable the app except where the law clearly permits it.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, unauthorized content, or deceptive documents.

5. Ads, promotions, and premium access

The public release may contain ads, promotions, and optional premium features. Some advertising and promo experiences may be controlled dynamically through remote configuration.

Where premium access is offered, pricing, billing, taxes, subscription handling, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Google Play or another authorized billing channel to the extent applicable.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, integrations, layouts, legal text, and monetization behavior at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature.

7. Intellectual property

We or our licensors retain all rights in the app, the website, our branding, code, design, documentation, and related assets, except for the files and content you own.

8. Third-party services and links

The app may rely on third-party services such as Google Play billing, AdMob, consent tools, analytics, crash reporting, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or the security or integrity of the service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise in your place of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
